The 'charge' list refers to the cost per minute billed
to your phone; about 13 won a minute. If you are ok
with a charge on your phone then you do get a decent
discount when calling overseas. The 'no charge' number
offers a slightly higher rate per minute but it's
an all inclusive cost.
