As a proud community member of Ulsan, I understand the need and benefits to having foreign workers contracted to projects at local shipyards.

As a mainstay for many, many families in Ulsan; the ship building industry is of dominant importance. With this in mind I created KSR to service and cater to the foreign population on projects here in the shipyards.

Housing in a foreign country does not have to be a headache for your HR or related department(s). My staff is ready to help you when the need arises.

Providing quality serviced apartments to foreign workers is our business; we take it seriously and in my opinion are very good at it.
